DESCRIPTION OF WORK: In 1994 a fact finding mission took place on opportunities for co-operation in the field of environmental protection between the State Committee for Environmental Protection of the Kirgyz Republic and the Netherlands. The mission focused primarily on capacity building of the State Committee and its related institutes
