8. Municipalities utilities development programme II 

CLIENT: EBRD 
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The set up of a financing intermediary to facilitate loans from IFIs directly to municipalities in Romania (solid waste and waste water management). This 1.5 MECU institutional development project focuses on training in project preparation and appraisal and the development of innovative guarantee structures in order to receive and manage loans.
